At La Casa De Parfum, every order is handled with the utmost care to ensure that our customers receive a truly luxurious experience. Because perfumes are delicate and high-value products, we have established a clear shipping and delivery policy to protect both our customers and our brand.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website and to in-store pickup orders.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Verification: All orders are subject to verification for payment, billing, and shipping information before being shipped.
Availability: If an item is out of stock or on backorder, customers will be contacted promptly with options to wait, exchange, or cancel.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days depending on location.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days (where available).
International Shipping: Available to select countries; delivery time varies based on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.
Delivery & Tracking
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided by email once the order is shipped.
Signature on Delivery: Due to the high value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Delivery Attempts: If the courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages: While we ensure timely dispatch, La Casa De Parfum is not responsible for courier delays, weather conditions, or customs holds.
Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
Free In-Store Pickup: Customers may choose to collect their order directly from our boutique at no additional charge.
Pickup Notification: Customers will be notified by email or SMS once their order is ready.
Collection Timeframe: Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Uncollected orders may be canceled.
Proof of Purchase Required: Customers must present the order confirmation and a valid ID at pickup.
International Shipping Considerations
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local authorities.
Restricted Countries: Due to perfume shipping regulations (flammable goods), we may not be able to ship to certain destinations. Customers will be notified if their order cannot be fulfilled.
Customs Delays: La Casa De Parfum cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or restrictions.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Inspection on Delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect their packages upon arrival.
Reporting Issues: Any damages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Important Notes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the nature of our products.
Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
For security reasons, we only ship to the billing address associated with the payment method, unless otherwise verified.
