At La Casa De Parfum, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in offering high-quality perfumes and exceptional service. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below

General Policy

  • No Refunds: Purchases are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Receipt Required: An original purchase receipt or online order confirmation is mandatory for all exchanges.

  • Condition of Product: Only unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging (box, seal, wrapping) are eligible.

  • Exchange Period: Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or within 14 days of delivery (online).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In-Store Purchases

  • Eligible for Exchange

    • Unopened perfumes with intact factory seals.

    • Factory-defected items (such as damaged sprayers, leakage, or packaging faults).

    • Exchanges must be made at the same store location where the item was purchased.

  • Non-Eligible for Exchange

    • Opened or used products (for hygiene and authenticity reasons).

    • Items without the original receipt.

    • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

  • Process

    • Visit the store with the item, original packaging, and receipt.

    • Our staff will inspect the product. If eligible, an exchange for the same item or another product of equal value will be provided.

    • If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid.

Online Orders

  • Eligible for Exchange

    • Products delivered in defective condition (damaged packaging, leakage, or manufacturing defects).

    • Unopened and unused products returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-Eligible for Exchange

    • Opened, sprayed, or tested perfumes.

    • Items without proof of purchase (order confirmation and invoice).

    • Clearance or promotional sale items.

  • Process

    • Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order to report the issue.

    • Provide photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was delivered defective.

    • Once the return is inspected and approved, an exchange will be shipped.

Special Conditions for Luxury Products

  • Authenticity & Hygiene: To protect customers and ensure authenticity, once a fragrance is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift Purchases: Items received as gifts may only be exchanged with a valid gift receipt. Refunds are not possible.

  • Limited Editions / Custom Orders: Limited-edition, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Multiple Returns: We reserve the right to decline excessive or suspicious return/exchange activity.
